Customer Service Executive (Main / Ang Mo Kio Branch)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle over-the-counter transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals/ Safe Deposit Box/ Loan Receipting/ Fixed Deposits
  • Ensure delivery of excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 'O' Level
  • With/ without experience (for those with relevant experience will be considered for Senior CSE)
  • Passion for delivering excellent service with strong customer-first mindset
  • Team player with pleasant personality
