Assistant Vice President (Credit Documentation - Mortgage Team)


  • Assist to lead, manage and supervise the day-to day operations of credit documentations and administrative activities
  • Perform Loan Processing e.g. Disbursement and Servicing etc. which include review and ensure that loan documentations are in compliance with regulatory requirements, company's guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support for other functions like preparation of Letters of Offers, collation of reports, etc.
  • Liaison with external business partners (lawyers, suppliers, developers, contractors, etc) or internal account officers for loan processing
  • Achieve and adhere to specified performance standards in turnaround time and accuracy
  • Monitor and follow up on the documentation discrepancies on a timely basis
  • Provide advice and guidance to staff members on daily operations and resolution of problems and exceptions
  • Contribute to process improvements and quality projects to enhance productivity and improve service
  • Conduct regular review on operation process/workflows, update the procedure manual and assist in ad-hoc projects, if necessary
  • Assist in collating & preparing reports to Management and Regulatory bodies


  • Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience in banking/credit company credit administration
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Meticulous, detail oriented, client service attitude and likes processing work
  • Self-motivated, focused and performance driven candidate who thrive under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Team player, dependable with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
  • Candidate with relevant experience will be considered for senior role
